FusionQuest Anti-Spam Statement Last Updated: March, 2005 INTRODUCTION In order to show our firm commitment against Spam, FusionQuest has provided this Anti-Spam statement that details our position on Spam, and what steps we take to protect against it. GENERAL FusionQuest has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy regarding the transmission of unsolicited e-mail, or otherwise known as Spam. We prohibit the use of our system in any manner associated with Spam, and we do not allow any of our websites or services to be promoted through Spam. We do not allow any of our users or services to send Spam, and we will not deliver Spam or cause Spam to be delivered to any of our users or customers. STEPS WE TAKE TO PROTECT AGAINST SPAM We strictly prohibit the harvesting, mining or collection of e-mail addresses or other information from or through our websites or web services. We also prohibit the harvesting, mining or collection of e-mail addresses from any ISP service for the purpose of sending Spam, and will terminate any user determined to have transmitted Spam that markets any of our web sites or system components or that contains links to or utilizes in any way our e-commerce systems. We actively monitor our systems for spam and other misuses. We strictly prohibit the marketing of any of our websites or sending e-mail that contains links to or utilizes in any way our e-commerce systems by the transmission of e-mail that makes use of or contains invalid or forged headers, invalid or non-existent domain names or any other means of deceptive addressing (counterfeit e-mail). We strictly prohibit the marketing of any of our websites or sending e-mail that contains links to or utilizes in any way our e-commerce systems by the transmission of e-mail that is relayed from any third party's mail servers without the permission of that third party, or which employs similar techniques to hide or obscure the source of the e-mail. The transmission of Spam, including the transmission of counterfeit e-mail, may result in civil and criminal penalties against the sender under applicable federal and/or state law. HOW TO REPORT SPAM If you receive Spam that you believe is related to FusionQuest, please send it to our E-mail Abuse Department. The best (and easiest) way to do this is by forwarding the offending e-mail to: abuse@fusionquest.com Please include your name, address, telephone number and any information you may have about the identity of the person or entity that sent the offending piece of e-mail to you.
